• Service is available for airport transfers, city tours, business trips, or custom itineraries.

General Information

• Activities: The term "Activities" refers to day tours, sightseeing, spa & wellness services, adventure sports, cruises, theme and amusement parks, buffets and dining, or any other service booked through our Website.
• Rates & Availability: All rates and itineraries are subject to change without prior notice and depend on availability at the time of booking. Additional surcharges may apply depending on season, location, or service provider policies.

Bookings & Payments

• Confirmation: Bookings will only be confirmed upon receipt of full payment. Until payment is received in full, no booking is guaranteed.

User Responsibilities

• Identification & Travel Documents: It is your responsibility to ensure that all necessary identification, visas, or travel documents are valid and available for inspection upon request.
• Health & Safety: You must ensure that you are physically capable of participating in the booked activity. Any health conditions must be disclosed to the Tour Provider in advance to ensure safety.

• Neither we nor the Tour Provider shall be liable for any delays, cancellations, or failures to provide services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, or other emergencies.
