Damages to the apartment must be paid in full by the booker. In the event of any breakages, damage, or extra cleaning required, the card provided will be charged. An email will alert the guest to this, along with a breakdown of the charges. Any booking with 5+ rooms will be subject to different terms and conditions. They will be required to pay 50% deposit within 24 hours.
