Location : This finca is situated in the town of Binibeca Vell. The complex is a replica of a fishermen's settlement and reproduces traditional Mediterranean architecture. The beach can be reached in only 5 minutes on foot, whilst the centre of San Luis is around 3 km away. Mah�n can be reached in approximately 15 minutes by car or public transport and Mah�n Airport is roughly 10 km from the accommodation.

Facilities : The resort was built in 1988. There are a total of 16 villas/houses. A safe is available to guests. There is also a garden. Those arriving in their own vehicles can leave them in the car park of the accommodation.

Rooms : Rooms feature air conditioning, a kitchen and a bathroom. Most rooms feature a balcony with a view for guests' enjoyment. Cots are available for younger travellers. There is also a safe. A fully-equipped kitchenette with a fridge, a cooker, a microwave and a tea/coffee station, as well as a complete set of utensils, is provided as standard. An ironing set is also available for guests' convenience. Little extras, including a telephone and a TV, contribute to a great stay. The bathrooms are fitted with a shower and a bathtub.
