Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. The premises must be left in a clean and tidy condition. Early check in from 10am and Late check out up to 12pm for an additional $60 (subject to availability and requires separate confirmation in writing 24 hours prior to stay) can not be guaranteed. Please note that this property requires a refundable $500 bond upon check in to cover any damage to the property. This amount will be refunded after inspection of the accommodations within 7 days of check out. Please note that there is a 2% surcharge when you pay with a credit card.
