Overview
Embark on a captivating full-day private tour through Cairo’s rich layers of history, culture, and heritage.
Your journey begins at the National Museum of Egyptian Civilization (NMEC), the first of its kind to showcase the full span of Egyptian civilization — from prehistoric times through Pharaonic, Greco-Roman, Coptic, Islamic, and modern eras.
Admire rare artifacts like the world’s oldest prosthetic toe, the stunning Kaaba cover, and the legendary Royal Mummies, transferred here during a majestic parade from the Egyptian Museum.
Next, travel through time to Salah El Din Citadel, a 12th-century fortress perched on the Muqattam Hills. Take in breathtaking views of Cairo and step inside the Alabaster Mosque of Mohamed Ali, a dazzling Ottoman-era masterpiece and one of the city's most iconic landmarks.
Conclude your experience at the vibrant Khan El Khalili Bazaar, Cairo’s historic marketplace. Wander through winding alleys filled with brass lamps, handmade jewelry, colorful spices, and authentic souvenirs — a perfect end to your cultural immersion.
This 8-hour private tour offers a blend of ancient grandeur and modern vibrancy, ideal for those who want to experience the essence of Cairo in a single day.
